Winter Park was originally established as a park in the winter!!! It still thrives today as a beautiful community nestled between connecting and twisting lakes and amazing million dollar homes! You will never be for a loss on how to spend your day! There are plenty of top notch restaurants alongside the locally owned tasty greasy spoon dives the locals have found! There are many cultural centers not limited to Mead Botanical Garden, Cornell Fine Arts Museum and the Morse Museum of American Art to name a few. Park Ave is a plethora of shops, restaurants, wine bars & bars, candy shops and shopping! If the train decides to stop on Park Ave in the Central Park it is a treat!!
