College Park is a small community suburb only about 10 minutes from the thriving downtown Orlando corridor.
Living in College Park offers residents a dense suburban feel for residents to enjoy without being in the heart of downtown. The primary population in College Park own their own home, however in the last few years there has been an addition of a small apartment community adding to our small rental population. In College Park there are plenty of diversified restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a community center and plenty of parks for residents to enjoy.
There is a quaint central shopping, and restaurant strip through the heart of the community. College Park is a community where you can’t leave home without seeing a friend, neighbor or someone you’ve been meaning to call!!
Community engagement is thriving here in College Park with several whole community events per year. Some would include the emphamise Jazz Fest, Holiday on the Drive, Sunday in the Park, Spring Fest and Homecoming Parades from the local public High School or one of our private High Schools. These local High Schools also offer terrific plays, art shows and lots of sporting events!! Sometimes it is tough to choose who to support on a Friday night under the lights!!
